    • whether there is internet access; subscription / top-up
    • possible work tools, textbooks, workbooks, digital books, workbooks, printed worksheets, Digital Prosperity Program Points
    • postal addresses,
    • IT tool base (teacher, student, parent)

  1. From the introduction of the digital work schedule, teachers will continue their education from home, if the educational authorities allow it and they have the appropriate digital background.


  1. Teaching assisting staff will continue to support out-of-classroom digital education within the institution.


  1. The specialist teacher sends curriculum for each lesson indicated in the timetable.


  1. Defining curriculum delivery methods in terms of time and surface:
  • Sending curriculum and homework no later than 10.00 in the morning for subjects for which the teacher does not teach online that day – by Kréta or Google Classroom
  • Returning homework from students according to a condition set by the specialist teacher – Kréta, Google Classroom
  • Issuing and correcting homework:
  • the teacher defines the amount of tasks corresponding to the level of the students.
  • the teacher checks the submitted tasks; 48 hours after the first call for replacement, he/she records any deficiencies in Kréta.


  1. According to the schedule, all full-time and part-time teachers hold online / recorded video lessons 1-3 times on working days – in case of technical obstacles in agreement with the management – by filling in a drive table, thus avoiding possible collisions and / or overload.
  2. Providing differentiated, personalized assistance; support for students requiring special attention (first graders, SNI students, students with learning difficulties, talent management, catching up)
  3. Monitoring the learning process and evaluation:

-Evaluation method can be live (real-time) or time-delayed reporting, or it can be an in-process evaluation

  • both formative (developing, shaping, supporting) and summative assessment can be used during the digital work schedule


-The rating is displayed on the Kréta interface. With regard to the online assessment system and the management of homework deficiencies, the principles laid down by the work communities in the Pedagogical Program are authoritative. Based on the decision of the faculty, the student may be required to take a grading exam if he / she did not return an assignment for 20/25% of each lesson or had injustified absence during the online classroom instruction

  1. Physical education
    Out-of-class digital teaching of physical education should be solved with project assignments and perhaps with practical videos.

    we provide our students with learning methodological aid on demand;
    • help them set the agenda for effective learning;
    • we provide support in correcting and controlling the solution of the homework;
    • the colleague leading the day-care / study room monitors and makes a table about the learning progress and results of the group’s students on a daily basis; keeps track of the work done in an excel file (student name, class, type of relationship, task completed, classroom duration, other comments);
    • the teacher leading the day-care / study room provides one hour of joint learning time per day during the day-care / study room between 13.30 and 16.00.

  • Demonstrate standards of behaviour that can help students and their parents to use the Internet safely.
    •It must be ensured that personal information does not become known to others during learning.
    • There should not be any other thing in the picture or video recording, only the solution
    • When the learner uses a camera for learning, it should be placed in a position from which the home environment can be seen as little as possible
    • Appearance in the online lesson is mandatory, with a picture and sound.
    • All participants in digital education should be aware of copyright!


V.Protection of property

In the case of students, the parents are financially responsible for the funds received.
